RETURNS
It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 28 days. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or gift card only if the returns criteria are not fully met.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
This returns policy does not take away any statutory rights you may have.

GUARANTEE
Royal Enclosure Scarves and accessories all carry a 12-month guarantee. If within this period you find fault with your product, we offer a repair or replacement service at no extra cost to you.

DELIVERY
All Royal Enclosure Scarf orders made before 3pm (GMT) will be shipped to you on the same day. Please allow an extra 3 working days for custom tailored scarves.
