Purchasing Badges on behalf of other MembersOnce your account has been activated, you will be able to link your account with other Members, should you wish to, in order to purchase badges on their behalf, or vice versa, allowing them to purchase badges on your behalf.

Update your address before we send your invitationHis Majesty’s Representative at Ascot will send the usual postal invitation to all Members in January. If you have recently moved, we ask that you please activate your account and update any personal details
before Friday 1st December, in order for the invitation to be sent to the correct postal address.
Going forward, you will now be able to manage your account online via your membership profile.
